2. You can nominate/register for more than one category.

3. All information will be treated confidentially and will be used only for the purposes of Highlands and Islands Thistle Awards.

4. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. HITA cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt or loss of any entries. If you do not receive an email confirming receipt of your entry, please contact us.

6. You agree to take part in any publicity arranged by the board to promote the Highlands and Islands Thistle Awards.

7. If you are entering on behalf of another party, you must have their permission before submitting the entry.

8. Entries will not be accepted after the deadline.

If your business is based in the following local authority areas, you can enter the Highlands and Islands Thistle Awards 2024 programme:

• Argyll & Bute (excluding G postcode areas)

• Comhairle nan Eilean Siar

• Highland

• Moray

• Orkney & Shetland
